In JCE editor, I cannot upload a pdf file 'File type not supported'
If I use Media Box to upload, it says 'File too large', and yet it is only 59.8kb.
Why is that?
Is there a fix?

Which dialog are you using to upload the pdf file? Please post a screenshot.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
Okay, I found two things.
First, I was treating pdf's as images, not as normal files.
Once I adapted to that, the next was file size limit of 1024kb
Joomla was okay @ 100mb, then to the server to adjust.
Then I did some digging to find where, in JCE, to adjust max upload for bot users and admin.
I'm all good now.
WHEW.
