On a Joomla 4 site, I wanted to reduce the toolbar of JCE for a few "managers" just in charge with a news blog.
So I created a profile with less icons in JCE, for these users only in the category manager.
Selected this users category and even each user in the JCE profile.
Cache empty.
Connected as one of these "managers", the JCE toolbar has not changed. It's still the same as the Super user toolbar.
