I cannot get the Pro version into Joomla 4.
It would appear that JCE is in the plugin list, but only TineyMCE show up in the articles.
I installed from a folder which seemed to go well.
What am I doing wrong in 4?

Have you set JCE as the default editor in the Joomla Global Configuration? See point 4 here - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/installation/editor
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
This is Joomla 4 and screens look very different. I'm not sure it is better.
Is this the screen (attached below) where the default editor is set?
Disabling TinyMCE shows no editor in articles although JCE says enabled.
Things are different in 4.
