Hi Ryan,

When you create a folder with the New folder button, the folder list (on the left) is not updated. You have to clic on the "Update" button on th bottom right.

This issue appears both on media manager extended modal and file browser in admin.

Tested on JCE 2.9.24 and Joomla! 3.10.9
