I don't see the JCE editor in the Joomla administration articles. I have it activated, but the Tinymce.... appears. What can happen?

Your screenshot of the editor is JCE Pro!
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
Tinymce may be set as the default editor for the user, which overrides the Global Configuration setting.
Go to Users -> Manage, and click on the user to edit.
Click on the Basic Settings tab, and set the Editor option to Use Default.
Click Save & Close.
