I currently was using the switch offf button located on the top left of jce module in order to set some specific link such as :
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/Essais%20Grégory/bilan-declaration/res/css/declaration.css" media="screen">
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/Essais%20Grégory/bilan-declaration/res/css/declaration-print.css" media="print">

That aren't taken into account in the JCE as far I tested it few times. But since last up-date no more button appears. I set it in JCE Profile as Super user parameter : Editor parameters / see the picture bellow ..

I succeed to set it on the front end but not in the back-end version

Do you have more than 1 active profile? You will need to enable it in all the profiles you want to use it in.

I only want to use it on the back-end (adminstration site) I activated as show bellow but then when I access to Text field It doesn't appear !

Your Comité scientifique profile has the same Usergroup and Area assignments as your Back-End - Tot profile, but the Comité scientifique profile does not have the Editor Toggle option enabled.

You need to further restrict these profiles so the correct one is being applied to the user (I was assigned the Comité scientifique profile when editing).
