In order to update our servers we are checking if all extensions are php 8 compatible. I only found information about compbility with php 8+ ... does that include php 8.1?

JCE Pro has been tested on and is working in PHP 8.0.x but some minor issues have been found with PHP 8.1+
These issues should be fixed in the next update this week.
