This looks like a css conflict with your template in the front-end.

The issue is caused by some css rules in your template.css file that use the selector: button:not([class])

This overrides the styling of the colour picker buttons. You will either need to remove or change this selector, or wait until next week for JCE Pro 2.9.31 Beta, which will include a small change that will fix this issue.
