"Spacer Div" showing as selected

Hi, I have set up some html tags in the styles dd.

And the top one is a "Spacer Div" where I can put my heading "FORMATTING".
This "Spacer Div" is called "blankstyles" and is not selectable as it is set to "visible:hidden;". However when you just have a paragraph, sometimes it is shown as selected as in this video

Looking at the Custom Styles on the site, "blankstyles" is not configured as a DIV but as a Parapgrah (the Tag option is set to p), which is why it is showing as selected when you select a paragraph in the video.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
