HI,
if I make some changes e.g. to change the color or the background-color of the text, I can see on the editor the color, but if I go to code, the changes are not shown, and if I save the article also the changes of the color are not shown.

The effect is the same, if I directly write an article or use yootheme.

Have you added anything to the Extended Elements field in Editor Profiles -> Editor Parameters -> Advanced?
