Hi,
I have installed last version of JCE ( from an old version) and joomla 3.10.11 but the JCE editor seems not active : https://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/1512/3309794601.png

Have you a suggestion ? Do you need backend login ?

Is JCE assigned as the default editor in the Joomla Global Configuration?

If it is, then what is assigned to the User in the Basic Settings tab of the user parameters? eg:
