I have fixed this on your site by clearing the invalid Custom Configuration Variables value that was stored in the db. I did this by adding a new Custom Configuration Variable, saving, removing it, then saving again.
A new check will be added in the next update to prevent processing of invalid variables.

This error looks like it might be related to a Custom Configuration Variable created in the JCE Global Configuration in an earlier version of JCE.
