Hi,
1. This is a new problem, in the previous version JCE 2.9.32 doesn't exist.
2. If you would use SP Page Builder 3.8x front-end Editor and Text addon with JCE editor 2.9.33 (Core and Pro) and I click "Code" or "Preview" from JCE toolbar, tabs from addons are used instead, not from JCE!

This bug appears to be caused by SP Page Builder, which is using the role="tab" attribute as a selector for it's own tabs click event.

As this standard aria attribute was added to the JCE editor tabs in 2.9.33, this caused the click event conflict.

I have fixed this in JCE Pro 2.9.34 Beta by remove the role attribute on JCE tabs, as I doubt this would be corrected by SP Page Builder in future - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development

Thanks, now seem to be fixed. I have check also with SPPB 4.x which is a successor of SPPB 3.x, thanks again.

I have the same issue with Joomla 3 & Joomla 4, in multiple sites.
Its not unusable but still annoying, good to know there is a fix on the way.
