Hi,

I created an image and when a visitor clicks on the image they see a popup with a youtube video.

However the youtube video does not play automatically. The visitor should click again on the play button in the youtube video in the popup.
I checked the setting for autoplay in the mediabox video and this box is checked.
How come this does not work? Any idea?

Youtube only enables autoplay if the Mute option is also enabled, so you need to add a mute parameter and Autoplay for the video to autoplay when opened. You can add a mute as an additional Parameter in the Media Options tab of the Media Manager, eg: https://cdn.joomlacontenteditor.net/tmp/113021-autoplay-youtube-in-popup.jpg or append it to the end of the url, eg: 

https://www.youtube.com/embed/xxDv_RTdLQo?autoplay=1&mute=1

A Mute option is being added in the next update, and Mute will automatically be applied if Autoplay is enabled, in the Media Manager and Mediabox.
