Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

How can I disable the left/right swipe to go to the next image in Mediabox for iOS mobile Devices.

It is not currently possible to disable this behaviour. I will look into adding an option in the next MediaBox update.
