Also, in Editor Profiles -> Plugin Parameters -> Image Manager Extended, ensure the Show Rollover Tab option is set to Yes.

but that option is set in my configuration, but the tab isn't shown.
There must be something else.

Ok got it.

But that is tricky. I had to set the javascript option too.
That is very much hidden.

You need to have the Allow Javascript or Allow Event Attributes option set.
