JCE Pro 2.9.36 not showing in components list after successful install

I have recently upgraded to Joomla 4.3.0 and installed JCE Editor Pro 2.9.36. I can only see a plugin installed and no JCE Editor Pro component is listed in the components list. The back end admin panel appears WYSWYG and not editor is loaded. Kindly help.
