I went through the documentation and could not find how to limit the front end to text only without all the plugins like source code, link editing, paragraph.
I need text only for registered users.
Can anyone help, please?

Ryan
This is done with Editor Profiles, which you can access from the JCE Control Panel.

There is already a "Front-end" editor profile that has limited features, which you can edit further to remove other buttons and options, and assign it to the "Registered" User Group only.

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.

I already enabled it and assigned it to register only, but the question is how I can "remove other buttons and options"?

You can remove buttons in the Features & Layout tab when editing the profile, and other options in the Editor Parameters and Plugin Parameters tabs.

I moved them to the Current Editor Layout, but they still show in the frontend editor.

Since it is a new website, I reinstalled JCE and it is working now. Don't know why.
