Thanks to JCE, is it possible to cut/split the text by adding a readmore link, like accordeon, to hide/display a long text?

JCE does not include this specific function, but you could use the <details> HTML element to achieve this - https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/details

JCE includes a Readmore button in the editor toolbar to insert a Joomla Readmore break in the desired position in the content.
How that readmore is rendered in the front-end content is determined by the Joomla Readmore plugin.
