Hi Team,
I am using JCE Pro 2.9.41 and installed JCE MediaBox addon also,
but i am not able to see the Popups tab in the Image Manager window

where it is stating that "It is assumed that you either have the JCE MediaBox plugin installed and published, or some other plugin, extension or template that has Rokbox or WidgetKit Lightbox support."
Please suggest on this.

The popup tab is available in the Image Manager Extended, your screenshot is of the standard Image Manager.
If you have not already done so, you can add the Image Manager Extended to the editor toolbar in Editor Profiles -> Features & Layout, as indicated in this article - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/pro-buttons-missing-after-upgrade
