I'm not certain if this is a JCE issue, or Joomla issue.
The same thing happens with MCE editor.
Previous articles have lead images, however when we click on add an image, the media manager will not load.
If we specify a manual URL, this is not permitted either.
Rather stuck on this one

Hello Ryan.
We don't believe it is JCE as it happens with another default editor.
We moved back to another server and believe it has something to do with the core files.
Please mark this as resolved as we cant determine the exact cause.
A new restoration site transfer will take place at a later date.
