Please download the Image Manager Exteded add-on - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/plugins/item/image-manager-extended-3
and install it using the JCE Installer - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/component/zoo/item/jce-plugin-install
The Image Manager Extended icon will then appear as the last button in the last row of the editor toolbar, similar in appearance to the Image Manager button, but with a small yellow star in the bottom corner:

I have made a short video to show the process. Please see the link below.
1. I start of by uploading 3 images, and resizing them to the same width.
2. After uploading the images, all 3 are already selected (I de-select and re-select them using checkboxes to demonstrate how one can select multiple images. You can also use CTRL / CMD + Click on each image.)
3. After selecting the images, click the Insert Multiple Images button in the toolbar on the right.
4. Set a width and height for the images. Please note that if the images sizes are not proportional to each other, they will have different height values.
5. Click Insert.

Thanks, that's very helpful.
However, the Insert Multiple Images button isn't displayed on the interface.
I've copied and saved the Subscription key already.
What do I need to do to display the relevant button?

hi ryan
i have see this function this day. very great. i search another solution for simple image gallery...
i have tested this function here with multiple insert button. it will work - but:
when i selcect (for example) 3 photos and klick on the multiple insert button, the fields "URL" and "Alternate Text" will be grey.
Then i can change the Dimension width from (for example) 1000 to 300 px. Then i go to the register "Popups" and set "JCE Mediabox Popup". This will work fine, but when i go back to register "Image", the dimension is not 300. it is 1000. the input from 300 px is lost and the original is set.
Can you see this? Can you change this?

Select the images, then click on the popup tab, then select JCE MediaBox.
it is not possible, to set a dimension width in %, only in px. is this not possible, that you can made this with %?
In HTML5, only pixels are allowed for image dimensions. Percentage values should be added via css.
