No setting are being saved. All changes revert back to default. For instance, upload file size will not keep a setting. Upgraded from 2.6.12 to 2.6.14RC7 with same results. Please advise.

I sent the info but please BELAY the support request. I figured out the problem. Kinda embarrassing .
Our VPS was just upgraded from cPanel/WHM EasyApache3 to EasyApache4. I happen to be perusing the Joomla "Relevant PHP Settings" page and saw a few items while not highlighted to be corrected were, in fact, not correct according to Joomla Docs requirements page.
I made the corrections and all is working again.
