I have the settings for URL links to relative, as recommended. Most of the time, that is what we need. However, when creating an email response in a form component (RSForms) if I want to link to a page on our site, I assume an absolute url is necessary because it is off the site. But when i save it, it changes the href to just the relative part of the url and strips away the rest.
I was able to override it by changing the setting to absolute temporarily, but if I then change it back and open the editor, it changes it again. As long as I don't open the editor it holds. This doesn't make sense to me that I can't force an absolute url on occasion, even if I type it in to the source code directly, without changing the setting to absolute.
Am I missing a setting to fix this?

Thank you. And I assume I need to change the default profile from all components to selected, and select all but the component I made the new profile for.

The default profile can stay as it is, as long as the new profile is ordered above it.
