Have been using JCE Editor, and liked the features so we updated (purchased ) to Pro. We then downloaded the JCE Pro 2.6.29 and media box. Uploaded/installed to our Joomla site, and ensured that both was enabled. But this has not changed the look/function of the editor. It still looks and performs the same as before. Our issue sounds similar to this...

But not sure where you find the settings for this "Additional Features".
Ultimately we would like to have the same features as found in this demo...

How do we enable / install the Pro version?
I hope that is possible, thank you

After further review, I can see JCE Pro in the Extensions > Manage and it is enabled. Also in the Extensions > Manage is JCE standard, and still turned on. If I turn the "standard" version off, then it will not show in the Global Configuration.
After upgrading from JCE Core to JCE Pro, you will need to add the Pro features you require to your editor profiles.
Please see - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/plugins/buttons-missing-from-the-editor-toolbar-after-update
For the Code Editor, scroll down to the Additional Features section, and make sure the Source Code Editor option is checked.

Ryan,
Thanks for the help. I am not seeing the option to move buttons from the bottom to the top of the editor. Can you confirm the attached images look correct for a properly installed JCE pro. I only see "Editor - JCE" in the list for Default Editors. I expected to see JCE Pro listed.

After some further adjustments (changed user profile to use JCE) in Joomla, I can see I am closer now, but still don't see the "Insert/Edit image, Insert/Edit file, Insert/Edit Media" See attached image.

Ryan,
I found it, I had to look close at the direction and be logged in on the backend under the JCE control panel. Thanks for the help!
