Hi,
I have Joomla 3.8.12 sites with JCE Pro 2.6.32. This is a bug or a setting/config problem that I have had with prior versions of Joomla and JCE. When I edit any saved articles in the "Editor" tab of JCE, it adds the "&.n.b.s.p.;" code into the code of the editor when I add a space. It shouldn't add any code, but instead just leave a normal blank space unless I insert more than one space between words.

Can you tell me how to fix this? Is it a setting in JCE or is it a bug?
Thanks.

More than 1 space between letters will produce a non-breaking space for each space after the first. This is required for rendering by the browser, as multiple spaces (not non-breaking spaces) are treated as a single space by the browser.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
