Actually as workaround I just added
._______Your-Unique-Styles___________{display:block}
to the start of the css for that website and
._______Bootstrap-Styles___________{display:block}
to the BS CSS.

The version of TinyMCE used by JCE 2.x does not include an option for grouping options in the Style dropdown.
Although there does appear to be a UI option for this in TinyMCE 4 (which will be used in JCE 3), I'm not quite sure yet how this could be incorporated when using classes extracted from template stylesheets.

For me it would be useful if more than one stylesheet could be included in the dropdown, the bootstrap one, so those things are easily available to my clients, and the custom one I create just for them.
So ideally in the JCE admin I'd like to add 2 or 3 stylesheets, each one with a title. Thanks very much, S

Great idea!
The css rule can be empty though, so
._______Bootstrap-Styles___________{}
is OK too.

I have found that empty declarations don't show. Which was a small issue, but easily work-round-able
