Cellspacing and cellpadding are deprecated attributes in HTML5.
Unfortunately they are not easy to replicate using inline styles, as they require multiple css rules to do what the attributes used to do in HTML4.
In the Editor Global Configuration, set the Doctype to Mixed, to use HTML4 and HTML5 tags and attributes.
