The update procedure to Joomla 5.2 tells me that I need to update the filesystem-server plugin. I downloaded the latest version from here: https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/plugins/editor/server-filesystem and installed it, but it still tells me it needs to be updated. Actually, at this link it says that the plugin was updated on 12 June 2024, but after installation the date of the plugin is 2023-11-28.

Actually, at this link it says that the plugin was updated on 12 June 2024, but after installation the date of the plugin is 2023-11-28.
The latest vesrion is Server Filesystem 1.1.6 which was released on 2023-11-28 and the updated date may refer to a change in the Release listing rather than the plugin itself. Apologies for the confusion.
Do you have 1.1.6 installed?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have 1.1.6 installed. (Actually, I am not sure if I really need it!) However, when I go to the Joomla 5.2.0 update, it says that this plugin needs to be updated.

I've just done an update to Server Filesystem 1.1.6 on a Joomla 5.1.2 test site, and it is no longer showing as needing an update for me in the pre-update check.
Go to System -> Update Sites and click the Rebuild button, then try the update check again.
If you are not sure you are going to need the plugin, then uninstall it.
