I have been using Sourcerer on my website for years.  Until recently my Code for PayPal buttons was working fine.  The links when clicked only go back to home page.  This is quite frustrating.

I saw another post that the user reverted back to an earlier version of JCE and that fixed their issue.  I am going to do the same but wanted you to fix the issue also.

That didn't work and I switched to Tiny MCE and they still don't work so it doesn't appear to be a JCE problem.
