I have to renew my subscription. You offered me a 20% discount, thank you.
But now you changed your subscription plan, so I want do switch to the Agency one.
How can I do? Can I have the discount?

If you are eligible for the renewal on the JCE Pro Subscription, you will see the JCE Pro subscription option marked with Renewal on the purchase page - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/component/subscriptions/purchase - which includes the 20% discount.

The Agency Subscription option will also be displayed as a Renewal option, which also includes a 20% discount on the full price.
