The image manager stopped working suddenly. I haven't used it for while, but JCE Pro is updated regularly.
When the pop up opens, no directories or files are shown. The path were set correctly, since it worked a few weeks/updates ago.

In Editor Profiles -> Plugin Parameters -> Image Manager, the File Directory Path is set to "files", instead of "images" which is the default value you have for the File Directory Path in Editor Profiles -> Editor Parameters -> Filesystem.
I assume therefore that the "files" directory is empty, or does not contain any images, which is why you are not seeing any folders or images listed.

Great, that solved it. I did not know that the parameter can be changed there too.
