My JCE Pro 2.9.83 becomes blank at the bottom of the editing layout, and there is no “anything” display?
Is there a problem?
But on my another website with an earlier version of JCE Pro 2.9.38, it is normal to have the feature icons on there.

If you have added the Joomla button (the button with the Joomla logo as the icon), then all the buttons below the editor are moved into a menu on that button, which you can access by clicking the button.
