I'd like an attribute to be removed automatically, like this one:
<p data-offset-key="e9d4a-0-0">I've inserted the attribute in the Remove Attributes field in the plugin Paste parameters, but it doesn't seem to work.
Can this be done, do I miss something?

This will only remove the attribute from content pasted into the editor. To remove the attribute from all content, add data-offset-key to the Prohibited Attributes field in Editor Profiles-> Editor Parameters -> Advanced
