But I have seen images browser here https://prnt.sc/xtviePiKkDJe is linked to this setting here called file manager https://prnt.sc/LqgswP8xYI81
But from my custom field I display an image and not a file.
It is a little bit confusing.
How does it work exactly ?

What dialog is displayed when you click Sélectionner? Please post a screenshot.

It is a little bit confusing.
The File Browser is a generic plugin for managing files (including images) that is used by some other plugins, like Link, Tables etc. It is also used by the JCE Media Field.
In your case, as a Joomla Media Field is being replaced by a JCE Media Field, it defaults to managing images.

Because today I have this custom field https://imgur.com/ZGPi8JT , so how can I display image extended window instead of file manager window when I click on Sélectionner button?
You can't display the Image Manager Extended, this is a feature that is only available in the editor. It is an interface for selecting and inserting an image into the editor.
Which part of the Image Manager Extended do you want to see for that media field? A specific folder as set by the File Directory Path?

yes I would like to display only File Directory Path like /images/test or /files/test for that media field.
Is it possible?

This now supports the Directory option that you can set in a Joomla Media Field, if that directory value is allowed in the user's File Directory Path.

so where can I set directory for Joomla Media Field ?
When you create or edit a Joomla Media Field, there is a Directory option, which allows you to select a folder in the images directory.
