I imported a default configuration from another installation, and now I cannot upload files anymore: Upload Failed: The target directory does not exist.

But physically the images and the files directory exist.

Do you have the Allow Root Access option enabled for the filesystem?

Set Allow Root Access to No. There are some issues with this with the new multiple File Directory Paths that I am looking into, but the new system does make it a bit redundant.

Instead of accessing the root directory, you can now just specify multiple folders that you want ht euser to have access to.
