Everybody will be able to see its contents. Do not include usernames, passwords or any other sensitive information.

I have installed this latest version but it is not working properly... the tabs are missing from on top of the editor...

In the Editor Global Configuration, set the Doctype option to Mixed. This is the recommended option for most sites.
