hi ryan

i have in the folder "images" any folders. in one folder ("kundendaten") i have 3 subfolders: "bereiche", "news" and "uploads.

"bereiche" and "news" (here is no data in the folder at time) are working normal.

in the folder "uploads" i have a strange view.

when i klick on the first subfolder in "uploads" ("2021-09-08 18:00:02", then will show on the right all folders from root (see printscreen 01.jpg) and not the datas there are in the folder (see printscreen 02.jpg - view on folder with ftp).

can you help me for this?

i have tested and i have rename one subfolder "2025-09-07 18:06:02" to "2025-09-07" (delete the time-info). then will it show the right datas).

eg the ":" in the foldername will made the problem??

can you solve this? i use convertforms with config for file-uploads with this path-information: images/kundendaten/uploads/{date}

{the {date} code will generate the folder with time automatic)

and... for the moment, i have found a solution for automatic building folder-names: i can set "year", "month", "day" and a "random-id". this will help for this time. but eg you have a solution for the problem with this ":" in the time info?

A file or folder name should not contain a : character, as this is reserved for the protocol, eg: https://

It is also used in the new JCE Filesystem to identify different virtual folders.

This is now fixed in JCE Pro 2.9.95 RC4 - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads/editor/pro/development

thank you ryan

but i think anyway, that is properer to no use special characters in folder/data-names. it is strange, that convertforms made this at internet-app developer...
