I'd like to center the image in a two column layout, but I don't achieve it.

I'm attaching a screenshot with the current situation and what I'm trying to do. The image should be centered with respect to the text on its left, with space evenly distributed above and below it.

<p>Today France Madrid is carrying out all remote classes on Nextcloud Talk and securely collaborates on servers hosted in Spain.</p>
