Hi there,
public user should be able to pload one picture in frontend for the component jevents. Therfore i've created a new profile. Browsing should not be allowed, one image upload shoul be possible with description, Classes shold be hidden. I've tried a lot but i can not find the right way.

The Image Manager Basic Dialog will now include an Upload button in the URL field if the Allow Upload option is enabled in the Image Manager parameters. A user can click the button to select an image to upload and insert.
You can also remove the Classes list by setting the Show Classes List option to No in the Image Manager parameters.
