I installed the JoomDonation E-Docman extension and ran into difficulties - see first screenshot detailing the issue.

They initially requested Super User level access which I granted and then requested access at root level to the hosting, again I granted this.

Their 'fix' of the issue is shown in the second attached screenshot ... this seems unlikely (I downloaded and installed JCE Pro 2.9.99 last month) ...

Advice please

They didn't give you much information about the error did they...
