I am looking for the image Allow Event Attributes features within the Advanced Tab of JCE Pro version 2.9.9. I have JavaScript enabled. Am I missing it? Don't see it where prior versions of JCE had it located.

Are you referring to this parameter? - https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/faq/editor/events-tab-missing-in-attributes

With Allow Javascript enabled, you do not need to enable Allow Event Attributes.
