Hi,
I understand the settings in Profiles->Plugins-> "File Manager" are the settings used for the global media fields etc
But we have set multiple folders (like in the other manager where it works) but in the File manager I only have the "default" Image folder .
Im use have misdone something even if I used JCE since a decade...

Are you referring to the Intro Image and Full Article Image fields? Currently these do not support multiple File Directory Path fields, as they are extensions of the core Joomla Media Fields, and therefore have the same "images" restriction.
I am looking into extending this in JCE Pro 3.0

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
Ouch it's hard one because I like to map folders to specific Assets (icones, photos etc). On other priject I use Media custom folders but for this one we wanted to be more on a core approach.
Can't wait to see the 3.0 in production !
