Is there a way to specify the default folder where screenshots and other images in the clipboard end up being saved? It appears that no matter which profile I use, these images pasted on-the-fly always end up in the site root folder, which is NOT the best place to be accumulating image files, especially if the default image folder for a particular profile does not allow browsing to the root (which it shouldn't, ever).

Am I missing something, or should the Image Manager folder specified for a profile also be where pasted images end up being stored?

EDIT: I am also wondering if it would be possible to add more path variables for constructing the default path to store images uploaded or pasted-in. It would be awesome, because this is how I organize my image files, to have a $categoryalias and $articlealias (category and article aliases) path node options. I realize that these would not work until the article being edited is actually saved so it has a category and alias, but this would be a tremendous help. I few logistics to work out for sure, but is there any possibility?

Just verified that for Super Users and Managers, pastes go into the site root folder regardless of that setting. The setting does seem to work for Author, Editor, and Publisher, though.

EDIT: I think I just discovered why that was happening. I had to change the Filesystem from "Inherit" to disallow root access only for Image Manager Extended. THEN it worked.
