Some of my sites have a "Markdown" profile, others don't

What is the reason ?

Can I export a "Markdown" profile and import it into the sites where the Markdown profile is missing ?

Yes you can.

All the profiles other than "Default" are example profiles that you can use as is or edit to your requirements.
