Despite having the operating system in light mode and the Joomla administration template configuration also in light mode, the help tooltips in the JCE configuration or profiles are displayed with a dark background that makes it impossible to read the corresponding help.
#117907 The help tooltips in the component settings are unreadable because they have a dark background with dark text.
