Hi! When we add an image tot the tab 'images and links' in an article the filebrowser of JCE is used to select the image. Is it possible to open the (extended) image browser here? That would make it easier for users to upload images and perform actions like crop and scale before inserting the image here. The file browser does not have these option.
Since we can only add images to the intro image and full image, it would make more sense to use the image manager here. Right?

Hi! Is there a roadmap for JCE (version 2.6)? When can we expect this new version with the mentioned changes in this post? Looking forwar to this ;-)
An additional question: Will also be posible to add the (extended) image manager tot the control panel with a quick icon? Just lke the JCE filebrowser, but the linked to the image manager? This way a sitemanager can upload (and edit) images without having to open an article and use the JCE editor button on the toolbar. Sometimes you want to upload / prepare images (maybe multiple) before you add them to articles.
Kind regards,
Jip

Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean everybody isn't out to get you.
