I have a simple form (RS Forms) I want to show in a pop up when a link is clicked on. (link is towards bottom of page on the word 'form')
I am using JCE editor with media box installed. I also have Yootheme's widget which offers a pop up style as well. Regardless of which pop up I select, the form pops up but next to each field, "Invalid Input" is shown, as if the form was submitted already with all blank fields.(See attached image)
I thought it was form issue, but the folks at RSForm suggest: "This means that it's an issue with how JCE creates the popup (it's most likely missing the CSS files from the <head> section because it's not loading it through an iframe). If JCE offers such an option, I suggest showing the popup in an iframe instead."
Can anyone give me some direction how to resolve this issue?
I saw another post for a similar issue in this forum,(https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/support/forum/with-rs-form-i-get-in-the-pop-up-invalid-input) but the help was incomplete. It suggests to "Remove the type="text/html" attribute from the popup link" but doesn't explain how. I did try to remove it using Firebug to test it, but removing it that way (I know it is temporary) did not fix the problem. But even if it did work, how do you remove the type=text/html in JCE?
