There is a javscript error on your site, caused by this script:

jQuery('[data-toggle="tooltip"]').addClass('tooltip_error_fix');

In custom css field:
.tooltip_error_fix{
display: inline-block!important;
}
Script errors can sometimes cause other scripts to fail to execute correctly.
