I was asked to debug a site
On jce 3.9.14 we can not save or else, and there is no editor

If I downgrade to 3.9.12 everything wors

consol message is :
Uncaught ReferenceError: tinymce is not defined
at index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit:38

You issue is caused by mod_pagespeed, which has not been configured correctly to work with deferred scripts, which were included in JCE Pro 2.9.12

I have fixed this on your site with an install of JCE Pro 2.9.15 Beta, which no longer uses deferred scripts.
